What You Need to Serve Guinness from a Dispenser

To serve Guinness correctly using a Lindr or PortaPint dispenser, you'll need the following:

  • Lindr or PortaPint Dispenser – These dispensers are designed for portability and efficiency, making them ideal for events and mobile bars.

  • Built-in Air Compressor (Short-Term Use) – If you're serving Guinness for a short period, the dispenser's built-in air compressor can be used, though this is not ideal for long-term storage as it can affect the quality of the beer over time.

  • 70/30 Mixed Gas (Long-Term Use) – For extended use, a 70% nitrogen / 30% CO2 gas mix is required to maintain the perfect texture and mouthfeel of Guinness. You will also need the gas regulator > Gas regulator for Guinness
