Purchased an ‘used’ beer pump and the description was that it would be ‘almost as good and new’ but in fact was bashed, dented, wobbly fronted where the taps attach with mobile bars stickers on that I cannot remove. Photo in the online shop was not of the machined I purchased, but of an ‘as new’ model. Not happy. And the wrong gas attachment was sent out - needed mixed NO2/CO2 and got CO2. SO needs collecting and swapping over. Assuming they will be in touch with me after Christmas to arrange collection and exchange.
Should prob have paid up and bought a new one. It looks very second hand with a dented front and a loose tap that flexes when operated. But it does work. And the wrong regulator fitting was shipped but the order was a bit rushed and accidents happen. However, the telephone support getting it set up was very helpful.
Having never ordered from NMB before I didn’t know what to expect we also had a very short lead time for my 50th birthday party so I needed it quickly. It came in just 1 day I was over the moon with the service and it was dead easy to setup. They were helpful and reassuring on the phone for delivery. 5 Stars.
Hi I felt that the lager was not described with enough detail although it is very drinkable the description didn't mention that the lager is very malty in taste,which isn't for me .having said that the service and deliver absolutely spot on .I will continue to use NMB as the polykeg and keykeg systems are brilliant. Keep it up .
This is awesome, defo worth the money, easy to install and easy to use
